Chapter 136: Finishing Touch

________________

Tao Fei’s opening speech quickly captured the attention of Party A. Together with the visual appeal of the project and research investment, the preconceived cooperation towards the project has made a high impact towards the next phase of the project. As long as the overall design levels are maintained and Tao Fei can continue to deliver his speech without fatal errors, the project was surely won.

However, Tao Fei’s designs also have a fatal flaw. Even though they are quite distinctive, they are rather avant-garde and most of the masses cannot accept his ideas. Unlike the previous time with Tao Fei’s irregularly shaped high-rise building, Gu Yu intentionally let Tao Fei run with his ideas for the tourism planning project. Today is the first time Gu Yu has seen it.

Sure enough, when the planning details of the main map were reviled, the two conservative members of Party A expressed their concern because there weren’t any straight lines from the road network into the newly designed facilities depicted by the architectural outlines.

Since the land that will be developed is a tropical rainforest, located at the base of the mountain and faced the countryside, the whole landform is sloped with large staggering clusters of flora making an extremely organic landscape.

In order to maintain the natural environment, the road network drawn by Tao Fei is curved. Like the patches of natural flora, both large and small, the artistically conceived buildings on the drawing were also rounded. Arranged in order, they look like a patchwork of flora that grew out of the landscape naturally.

This design was undoubtedly novel and breaks through the traditional approach. If it can be built, it will likely become a very desired destination in Yunnan that would attract large numbers of rich tourists to the area.

The main issue was the extreme construction costs and time because of the non-linear roads and dimensions that would need to be carefully positioned on-site during the time of construction. Generally speaking, plans that are difficult to achieve are mostly reduced to cannon fodder!

Zhang Siyi carefully observed the expressions of the people in the room. In addition to Party A, he also saw Gu Yu and President Li in deep-thought with their mouths pursed. Zhang Siyi was worried that they now have regretted touting Tao Fei. Fuck! If they really did discuss the plan previously, then who has the balls to present this enchanting scene. The whole design could have been changed beyond recognition!

Zhang Siyi has to admit, Tao Fei is brave for presenting such a lavish design. Zhang Siyi broke out in a cold sweat and perspired enough for both of them. Zhang Siyi expected a turn to present his material soon. That’s right! It isn’t the only choice. They have a left hand!

Since party A’s target customer base is rich, investment is bound to be plentiful. However, none of them know whether or not the group of investors are interested in building a brand or was their emphasis on profits. The series of detailed maps are just one of Tao Fei’s small stepping stones. If it is the former, then he schemes can be as dazzling as it can be. If it is the latter, then the project will probably be pulled because there wouldn’t be enough profits in the end.

Tao Fei continued with his report and explained the origin of his design and where he got his inspiration from. The curvature of the lines on the plans aren’t haphazardly placed. Instead, they follow the orderly patterns of nature, like the branches of trees and leaf patterns. Even in nature can one find logic and geometry.

At the beginning of his design phase, all the lines on the picture were rigid lines including the buildings. Later, Tao Fei added an algorithm based on nature, and evolved the plan into an organic natural pattern. Tao Fei showed them images of his thought process. The changes from before to after reflect his design concept of ‘natural environment’. In the end, it is Party A who will decide which to use; the conservative square buildings or ’natural’ ones.

For the greatest impact, Tao Fei explained his process from the end backwards. First, to whet a persons’ appetite, he beautifully illustrated his most sought-after result, then double back to show the alternative which leaves the ultimate direction of the plan in Party A’s hands. Through one detailed area plan coupled with an intentions map, the result is that Tao Fei didn’t have to draw every single villa. That is to say, it is the slice of pie!

While Tao Fei was going over the intention map, Zhang Siyi watched the reactions of the group in the conference room and noticed some positive movements. All the people in Party A discussed the intention map with enthusiasm. At this time, they looked at President Li and Gu Yu for discussion and direction for final positioning.

Before they could react to the lack of physical architecture, Zhang Siyi stepped up to present his lookout Tower designs. As with Tao Fei, Gu Yu also introduced Zhang Siyi, albeit with much less achievements. Once again, Zhang Siyi was reminded of his education. If Gu Yu could introduce him with a Master’s degree, would Gu Yu be prouder?

At this time, the general manager of the construction planning department of Party A, a woman in her 40s, suddenly smiled and said: “President Li, are the designers of your company architects or models?”

President Li drank his tea and joked: “Before when Gu Yu was in Firm X, I took him to present a project. As long as there were women present, with all eyes on him, all he had to do was smile at each of them, and the project was won. Having tasted the effects of the honey trap, he has hired these two eye-catching architects this past year.”

After everyone finished laughing, the atmosphere became less tense. Feeling a little embarrassed, Zhang Siyi scratched his head. Feeling confident with his design, he took a deep breath and began to present his concept for the new landmark project. He not only showed the group an overview of his ideas, but with a few detailed drawings, he also meticulously included the materials and meaning behind each of the different concepts. During the design phase of his plan, Tao Fei helped Zhang Siyi polish his tower ideas by modify the shape of his tower and picking out the most suitable materials.

Even after he finished the tower, Zhang Siyi didn’t stop thinking about the project. Up until two days ago, he reacted vaguely. The cultural symbolism of the landmark tower is greater than the building itself.

In addition to the unique dwellings of cultural minorities of the area, like the Dai-style buildings, almost every village had at least one Buddhist temple or stupa. Whether the temple was built in a Burmese bell-shaped style, pavilion style or diamond shaped Thai-style, the temples where the most magnificently decorated buildings in the village.

He first took note of the buildings while visiting the Lalu Stockade. In the process of going through his photos, he found sudden inspiration and stayed up all night to research the materials used for Dai religious buildings. Using the significance of Buddhist culture in the area, he created an additional design element to the project. His Bodhi Beacon concept.

In front of everyone, Zhang Siyi could see the slight nods of approval throughout his presentation of his Lookout Tower. Feeling relieved that his meticulous work payed off, he next presented his Bodhi Beacon concept with confidence. Specifically, for his presentation, he chose quiet Buddha music to play. In a moment, the atmosphere in the entire conference room changed. The warmth of the Bodhi light added a finishing touch to their project plan.

Not only did the members of Party A widened their eyes in amazement, both Tong Heyi and President Li were surprised as well. Both had to look at Zhang Siyi closely and reevaluate this little apprentice who hadn’t even been with the company for one year.

Chapter 135: Reconciliation

___________________________

Excited to return to Gu Yu, Zhang Siyi washed quickly in the shower. After, he rushed back to bed, he laid down beside him and wrapped his arms around Gu Yu.

“Do you want to sleep?” Gu Yu asked in a soft, raspy voice that was unique and sensual from his cold. Since he was feeling dizzy, Gu Yu almost fell back to sleep in the time that Zhang Siyi took to wash.

Seeing Gu Yu in such a cute and vulnerable state, Zhang Siyi couldn’t help himself from taking advantage of the situation. Thinking of what Gu Yu did to him when visiting Lijiang, Zhang Siyi licked Gu Yu ear while softly emitting an erotic moan. Pressing himself against Gu Yu seductively, he moved his hand along his body tenderly and wrapped his leg around Gu Yu. Exuding a sweet atmosphere, Zhang Siyi enticed him to ‘come and eat’.

Now awake, losing to lust, Gu Yu couldn’t restrain himself. He whispered ‘naughty’ and rolled over on top of Zhang Siyi and pressed him down. Lowering his head, Gu Yu kissed him as he wished and reached down to fondle Zhang Siyi. Eliciting more erotic moans, Gu Yu continued to tenderly stroke his hardened area. Zhang Siyi twisted his hips right, left and GU Yu released his exceedingly engorged organ.

Having helped each other many times, Zhang Siyi no longer felt a sense of shame like he had the first time he was with Gu Yu. He reached for Gu Yu sensitive organ and passionately stroked him up.

The sudden movement made Gu Yu take a deep breath and hold it a moment. Looking at Zhang Siyi, his emotions boiled and felt himself nearing completion.

Watching his reaction, Zhang Siyi’s heart was filled with a strong sense of accomplishment and that feeling was more exciting than his own need. Wanting to please Gu Yu, Zhang Siyi fervidly continued to fondle Gu Yu then leaned over to nibble and kiss Gu Yu deeply on his neck, like an unrestrained puppy.

Eyes wide open and gasping, Gu Yu suddenly slid down under the blanket. Confused for a moment, in a husky, yet soft voice, Zhang Siyi asked ‘why?’ but immediately was answered with a different feeling.

“Ah…!”  Zhang Siyi jerked in surprised and shouted loudly: “Don’t!”

In the next second, Gu Yu didn’t hesitate to envelop him deeply into his mouth. Due to Gu Yu’s fever, his high temperature gave Zhang Siyi an unprecedented experience. In that brief moment, Zhang Siyi’s toes curled, his body trembled and he came to completion.

Zhang Siyi: “…” Aaaaaaahh! Fuck! How can this be!! Unacceptable!!!

Shortly after, Gu Yu head popped up from the quilt. Coughing a little, he gently laughed and affectionately said: “Little virgin. So fast….”

In frustration and embarrassment, Zhang Siyi covered his face.

Smiling, Gu Yu rubbed his head and chuckled: “Ready to sleep now?”

Feeling cheated, Zhang Siyi shouted: “What the fuck are you laughing about? Do you think it’s okay? What I want is the process!”

Gu Yu raised his eyebrows: “What do you want? I also want to give you a more comfortable and enjoyable process, but I know you will…”

“Shut up!” As a man, Zhang Siyi has his dignity and quickly lifted his hand to cover Gu Yu mouth to block him from saying anything else. – Shit! Do I really need to listen to my Mother and visit a doctor for male problems!?

Gu Yu stifled a laugh and comforted him: “There will be opportunities next time.”

Not wanting to disappoint Gu Yu, Zhang Siyi stared at him in the eyes. Even though Zhang Siyi felt ashamed of reciprocating the action, he wouldn’t just abandon him and refuse.

However, before Zhang Siyi could take action, Gu Yu saw through him and immediately stopped Zhang Siyi: “Don’t think about it anymore. I have a cold and it’s not suitable time for intercourse as physical exhaustion hinders recovery. Besides, we still have work tomorrow and it’s almost three in the morning. If you help me, are you going to get any sleep? I’m not like you and can finish in a few seconds.”

When it came to the last remark, Gu Yu didn’t forget to rub it in and make Zhang Siyi feel angry. In order to appease him, Gu Yu hugged him and kissed him tenderly without going further for a long time. Knowing Gu Yu’s attitude was firm, Zhang Siyi obediently gave up the idea and instead wrapped his arm around his waist and leaned on Gu Yu’s shoulder. Holding each other closely in their arms, they went to sleep.

The next morning it was clear that Gu Yu’s illness was worse. Since Zhang Siyi was the one that disturbed Gu Yu’s sleep, he didn’t know if he was the cause. Feeling guilty, Zhang Siyi jumped out of bed early and made tea for Gu Yu. He brought it back upstairs on a tray for Gu Yu to drink in bed.

Watching Zhang Siyi bounce around the room like an energized rabbit, Gu Yu sighed. Even though Zhang Siyi only got a few hours of sleep, Gu Yu felt like the six-year age gap between them was obvious and decided he needed to get more exercise in the future.

Frowning, Zhang Siyi tried to persuade Gu Yu: “You look so bad, do you want to take the day off?”

“No. Today is your project presentation and I specifically want to be there when Party-A arrives.” Not listening to Zhang Siyi’s advice, Gu Yu slowly got out of bed and put on a formal suit and suggested that Zhang Siyi do the same.

Not thinking about the most appropriate attire to wear today, Zhang Siyi was happy that Gu Yu reminded him so he quickly went to his room to change.

When he arrived at the company, Zhang Siyi met Tao Fei and once again was very surprised. Last night’s unkempt haggard bum disappeared and standing in front of Zhang Siyi in a suit was the restored suave and handsome beautiful peach.

Inspecting Zhang Siyi, Tao Fei raised his hand to his chin: “You look really handsome when you wear a suit.” First, Tao Fei looked him over from head to toe and then, gestured his head in the direction of Gu Yu’s office he smiled and asked: “Well, did you make up last night?”

Blushing a little, Zhang Siyi couldn’t stop himself from smiling broadly.

Tao Fei snorted and with the rolled-up file of papers, he tapped it on Zhang Siyi’s head: “Stupid. Go get ready. It’s your tower design, so you are going to present it yourself!”

Zhang Siyi was shocked: “Ah?”

Tao Fei looked at him: “What ‘Ah’? What else are you wearing a fancy suit for? Are you just another pretty face?”

Zhang Siyi: “…” Fuck, he dug himself a hole.

At 10 o’clock in the morning Party A arrived. They were a large-scale development company with its own capital and investments. Also within the company, they were equipped with a building planning department. In order to watch the presentation, there were four people that came to Borderless. They were one of the investors in the project, the deputy general manager of the tourism development department, the general manager of the construction planning department, and an accompanying secretary.

The main receptionist at Borderless, Mrs. Wang, first invited the crowd to tour the facilities of Borderless and afterwards, Gu Yu invited them to the conference room for refreshments. Tong Heyi came forward on behalf of the company and introduced a variety of projects that showcased the design strength of Borderless. Once everyone settled down, the official proposal started.

In addition to Tao Fei, Zhang Siyi noticed both Ji Feiyu and Bi Lele as well as several designers from Group B were also present. Since they weren’t involved with the design, he wondered why everyone was here and whispered to Tao Fei: “What are all these people doing here?”

Tao Fei scolded him: “You don’t understand? This is a battle! With four observers, we can’t simply go directly to the commander. This is our home turf, and the more presence we have, the better it is. Don’t give yourself away and remember that all these designers here are project participates!”

Zhang Siyi grinned: “How do you know so much?””

Tao Fei gave him a sideways glance and stated: “My brother, when I was gaining experience through my internship, you were still in educational diapers!”

Zhang Siyi: “……” Fuck off!

After all of the staff members entered the conference room, Party A was very happy to see so many people.

Tao Fei got up and walked to the front and bowed gracefully.

Gu Yu drank from a cup of tea to moistened his throat then made introductions: “This is my fellow classmate from Big T university, Tao Fei. He also has Master’s from a British university and is the main person in charge of the project.”

When Zhang Siyi heard Gu Yu’s slightly hoarse voice, Zhang Siyi thought of last night’s activities. As his face became hot, he quickly tightened his fingers into a fit and jabbing his nails into his palms in order to drive away those erotic thoughts.

The deputy general manager of Party A’s tourism development department looked at Tao Fei and saw him as a young man. He immediately asked: “Mr. Gu, we sought you for your fame. Looking at this young man, what credentials does he have?”

Like Secretary Wang of C city, when hearing Gu Yu wasn’t the project head designer, he had questions. It may not be a problem for most people, but Tao Fei is arrogant and opinionated.

Zhang Siyi watched Tao Fei intently. Hearing the Manager express his doubts and knowing Tao Fei’s personality, Zhang Siyi thought by now, Tao Fei must be feeling irritated. Sure enough, he could see Tao Fei squinting his eyes and scrunching his face all of which were the precursors to him blowing up.

Without missing a beat, Gu Yu smoothed over Party A’s anxiety: “He is XX National University students Frontier Architectural Design Cup competition first place. After graduation, several well-known construction companies in the country have offered him a position, but he came to me at Borderless. This is the second project he has designed since earning his Master’s degree. Last month, we won the bid for his commercial high-rise design that will be built in Shandong Q city x District later this year. All designers start out young and grow up. If President Li hadn’t given me the chance back then, I wouldn’t have the achievements that I have today.”

President Li also helped: “Yes. Small Gu has all grown up and is now passing along opportunities. You can rest assured, even though Tao Fei doesn’t look the part, I’ve seen his architectural work and vouch for him. We have met previously to exchange ideas. If I wasn’t confident, there wouldn’t be a reason to approach your company for this project. Gu Yu and I wouldn’t let you see anything other than an exceptional design.”

With a blank look, Zhang Siyi sat in the conference room speechless. He knows exactly which two persons worked on the project and how much effort it took them. Having witnessed the interaction between parties and boasting remarks, he understands the importance of strong support. Hey, he’s still learning!

The manager touched his chin and nodded with satisfaction.

Taking the cue, Tao Fei lightly coughed. Standing tall, he proudly started presenting the project: “Leaders, without further ado, then let us begin.”

Tao Fei began with the first slide. With a beautifully crafted rendering, it depicted their overall plan. Zhang Siyi noticed the surprised expressions on some of the people’s faces.

Whether it is one building or a development, knowing how eye-catching Tao Fei visual approach to designing can be, Zhang Siyi isn’t surprised by the group’s reactions.

Hearing the groups silence, Tao Fei switched to the next slide. In fluent French and English, he spoke: “Courtoisie (Courtesy), Charme (Charm), Caractère (Character), Calme (Calm), Cuisine (Food). This is the 5C standard that the members of the Relais & Chateaux boutique hotel group must meet.”

Since there hadn’t been any comments yet, Zhang Siyi thought perhaps, no one could understand what Tao Fei was talking about. Even so, with the artistic visual display and fluent French and English, Tao Fei brought his whole speech into an international level.

Having clicked to the next slide, Tao Fei continued: “In order to meet the 5C standards, our group of designers personally stayed at luxury brands across Yunnan for ten days.”

Tao Fei reported many of the places they stayed at which covering almost all of the high-end hotels in Yunnan. The slide showed each facilities’ overall grade, number of stars, cost, and popularity.

At ten-thousand each for research of ten days with eight designers present is no less than eighty-thousand and that is without transportation. Party A’s faces became pale. The act alone shows how much attention and investment Borderless have made towards the project. Looking at each other, the people in Party A became more serious.

Yes, in the industry, one will hardly be able to find a company that is more committed than Borderless. However, only Zhang Siyi knows the truth of the matter. Tao Fei’s so-called ‘whole group’ is only just the two of them. Also, a few of the hotels he listed are places they didn’t visit. With the cost initially covered by their own finances, Zhang Siyi is waiting for the Head-of-the-House from Party A to reimburse them.

Chapter 134: Protocol

_____________________

Even in the onslaught of Zhang Siyi questions, Gu Yu remained silent. Gu Yu wouldn’t say when he got sick, or why he wasn’t willing to tell him. Worried over Gu Yu’s health and feeling anxious, Zhang Siyi pressed down Gu Yu’s shoulders and demanded an answer: “Don’t you care about me?”

Gu Yu froze. He was reluctant to speak: “I don’t have …”

With tears swelling up in the corner of his eyes, Zhang Siyi was so angry that he wanted to throttle him. He sternly questioned: “Why didn’t you tell me? Am I not your boyfriend?”

Hearing Zhang Siyi passionate tone, Gu Yu felt touched. He looked at Zhang Siyi like it was the first time meeting him. After a moment of silence, Gu Yu admitted: “It has been three or four days. At first, I only had a slight sore throat. I thought it would go away soon, so I didn’t care about it too much. I think I overestimated my resistance.”

Zhang Siyi: “……” Three or four days? God! He never even found out! Was he too careless, or did Gu Yu disguised it too well?

Indeed, because of their fight, Zhang Siyi hasn’t spoken to Gu Yu these days and as a result, he didn’t discover Gu Yu’s abnormality. Thinking it might be partially his fault for Gu Yu’s illness because he hadn’t been home at night to keep each other warm, Zhang Siyi was dying of guilt. Even though he wasn’t the sick person, he wanted to cry.

Sometimes, those who were accustomed to putting up a strong front, will forget how to express their fragility. Gu Yu is no exception. Until now, he continued to present a calm façade and controlled appearance. Gu Yu paused then raised his hand to touch Zhang Siyi’s head. Comforting Zhang Siyi, he said: “I didn’t tell you because I didn’t want you to worry. Small colds will resolve itself in a couple of days without a fuss.”

Faced with the facts before him, Zhang Siyi was distressed and wanted to punish himself. In retrospect, Zhang Siyi regretted his absence. Would it have been so bad to go home for one of the nights and sleep? He would have been able to help Gu Yu earlier. Zhang Siyi felt like he was the one that tortured Gu Yu.

“I’m sorry! It’s all my fault!” Zhang Siyi put the blame on himself. He grabbed Gu’s hand and caressed his face, repenting: “I’ll never stay overnight in the company again. I’ll come home to sleep with you every day.”

Thinking the reason Gu Yu was angry was because of this, he did not expect Gu Yu to shake his head and say: “I’m not angry with this…… I’m angry at you……” He ended his speech abruptly as if he didn’t know what to say.

Zhang Siyi clung to his hand and asked: “Why are you angry with me? Just tell me! Ah!”

He sighed, and looked Zhang Siyi in the eye: “It’s because of what you said to me: Don’t mind me. Go on ahead without me.”

In the past, when employees volunteered to work overtime, Gu Yu was very pleased. Since they were both adult men, they didn’t need special care at night like women normally would. Nevertheless, now it is different. It is the first time Gu Yu felt a contradiction in maintaining a divide between work life and private life. Since Zhang Siyi is both a subordinate and a lover, Gu Yu wanted him to succeed as an architect, but at the same time, the more Zhang Siyi progressed with his work, the less time Zhang Siyi had to spend with Gu Yu at home.

Gu Yu knew that Zhang Siyi was working on an important project, so he changed his own schedule around to facilitate Zhang Siyi work. Gu Yu woke up early to walk the dog and then make breakfast for him. Also, he waited in his office for Zhang Siyi to finish his work in the evenings so they can ride home together. Gu Yu hoped by doing these little things for Zhang Siyi, Zhang Siyi would have more free time to spend with him.

However, when he heard Zhang Siyi say, ‘Don’t mind me’ he felt like his efforts weren’t acknowledged and the life he worked hard to create was rejected by Zhang Siyi.

He tried to persuade himself to behave like a rational adult, but he couldn’t stop himself from becoming angry. He was also angry at himself for getting angry at Zhang Siyi’s statement which made him feel like things were out of his control and thus, he didn’t know how to cope. Therefore, the only solution he could think of was to set all his feeling aside and wait until Zhang Siyi finished working on the project.

Nevertheless, he still waited every night for Zhang Siyi to return home. Even if it was foolish, he left his door open incase Zhang Siyi would remember there was someone waiting for him at home.

Zhang Siyi really felt stupid. He didn’t think Gu Yu would be angry over what he said. Previously, Zhang Siyi was only thinking in one direction ‘I work hard, but you are still angry’. Thinking back to the moment in Gu Yu’s office, he did change after their dispute and now that he can see the issue from another angle, Zhang Siyi realized his remark was rather hurtful.

Quickly, Zhang Siyi wanted to smooth things over and explained: “I didn’t mean anything by what I said. I know that your time is valuable and since you already adjusted your schedule to walk the dog, I felt sorry about it. I thought I was helping you by letting you go home early without me.

Reaching out to Zhang Siyi, Gu Yu caressed his face and said: “Siyi, at work, unless I’m personally responsible for a project, I rarely stay with employees to work overtime. I stayed late with you only because you are my boyfriend.”

Zhang Siyi: “……”

Feeling self-conscience, Gu Yu paused: “Of course, no matter how late it is, I am willing to stay with you because it is something I want to do from the bottom of my heart. At your request and my denial to stay, I just assumed you would also make a little concession for me. Even if it was just for another hour or two, if the subway wasn’t running, we could take a taxi home together.  I’m very glad to see you working so hard.”

“I’m sorry! I’m sorry …” Zhang Siyi pleaded feeling both guilty yet warm. Always misunderstanding Gu Yu, how can he be such a complete idiot?”

Covering Zhang Siyi’s mouth with his hand, Gu Yu stopped him from apologizing: “I was also wrong. I’m used to being strict in the company and treated you as an employee instead of listening.  I didn’t have the right words to say, I just…. I want to spend more time with you.”

With moisture accumulating in his eyes, Zhang Siyi was moved to tears. Who said the words aren’t right?  If those aren’t ‘the right words to say’, then what is?

Having both their minds and souls connected, the two of them watched each other with affection than suddenly burst out in laughter at the same time.

Well, if the two had been able to patiently explain and communicate better from the start, they would not have gone through such a torturous period for so many days later.

Leaning over, Zhang Siyi laid down on Gu Yu’s body a wrapped his limbs around him like a koala bear and whispered in his ear: “Can we avoid a cold war in the future? Sometimes, I just don’t understand so if there is something wrong, you have to tell me directly, and explain it. Ok? Ignoring me the last few days has been like torture.”

Gu Yu caressed his back: “Ok.” Now, he will be able to recover fully and feel good about their future.

Teasing, Zhang Siyi innocently asked: “Who continues the war and who is the puppy?”

Gu Yu: “……”

Zhang Siyi: “Why don’t you Talk?”

Gu Yu: “Hmm … Good.”

Acting pouty and petulant, Zhang Siyi quietly said: “I missed you very much! Although I’ve been very busy, I can’t stop thinking about you. I’ve always wanted to talk with you, but we were in a cold war and you were ignoring me so I was angry. I also wanted to show you my progress and designs. Even Tao Fei complimented me.”

With obvious flirtatious movements and inviting tone, pressing his body closer to Gu Yu, Zhang Siyi was eager for Gu Yu’s praise: “Okay, you are great.”

Zhang Siyi: “……” Why does his perfunctory comment sound so pretentious?

Gu Yu patted Zhang Siyi’s ass and said: “You should come down first. I am being crushed to death….” Since Gu Yu was weak from illness, the one-hundred-forty-pounds of youth crushed him. His desire to hold onto Zhang Siyi was fruitless.

Zhang Siyi hurriedly got up and nervously asked: “Are you taking your medicine?”

Gu Yu: “Rest assured, I know to take care of myself…… It is you I have to worry about. Hurry and get into bed with me. Go wash your face and brush your teeth. I almost choked to death by your bad breath.”

Zhang Siyi: “……” Ah, hell! Moved for only three minutes! This bastard let me feel so warm for a while only to let me die!
